What is ISO 50001:2018?
ISO 50001:2018 is the international standard for energy management systems (EnMS). It provides a framework for organizations to establish processes and energy performance indicators to improve energy efficiency, reduce consumption, and lower costs.
The 2018 revision aligns ISO 50001 with the High-Level Structure (Annex SL), enabling integration with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other ISO management standards.
